Deo et Patria — For God and Country
NIR 1, NIR 5 and NIR 6 serve the clubs of Negros under Governor Eagle Mark Efren. On September 5, 2026 the three regions took their Oath of Allegiance together and came home united.

The number one supporter and believer of NIR 1, even in its lowest moments. His belief became part of what the region is today.
