How The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles, NIR Inc handles members’ personal information. Last updated [date].

01

What we collect

Your name, club and region, membership status, contact details, photo, e-signature and TIN. Your TIN is always hidden until you choose to show it.

02

Why we collect it

To keep the member directory, issue your Digital ID and NFC card, and run club and regional activities.

03

Who can see it

Only logged-in members see the directory. Your public NFC card shows only your name, photo, club, region and status. Officers with admin access can see your full record, and every change they make is logged.

04

How long we keep it

While you are a member, and for [retention period] after you leave, unless the law requires longer.

05

Membership and ID applications

If you apply online we collect what you type in the form, your photo and your signature. Only site admins can see an application. We keep it for 1 year after it is approved or rejected, then an admin deletes it. The member record is kept separately, under “How long we keep it”. To have your application deleted sooner, ask a site admin through the Contact form on this website.

06

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
