This Valentine's, we planted promises for tomorrow. On the 1st Mangrove Planting Activity, the clubs under NIR joined hands with the Silay Eagles Club, Silay Hombres Sagrados Eagles Club, and Silay Lady Eagles Club to protect our shores and nurture our future. While the world celebrates hearts, we planted ours in the soil of Silay City. In Silay, love grows where we plant it. Mabuhay ang NIR Mabuhay ang may Pusong Agila
